Refund policy


You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a refund. If 14 calendar days have gone since receipt of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (the seal must be intact) and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return you must send an email (within 14 calendar days of receiving your order) to with the following information:

- order number

- product(s) you wish to return

- reason for return

Once you receive a reply that confirms acceptance of the return, you can proceed with the shipment.

After having completed the previous step and having received the acceptance of the return, you can proceed with the shipment.

To return your product(s), you should mail your product to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days. Please note that this time may vary depending on your bank.


If after this time, you still have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
