Salt flower is the gourmet variety par excellence of all salts.

It crystallises during the summer in a thin layer that floats on the surface of the water. It is harvested by hand every day at sunset. Then, it's dried by the sun.

This 100% handmade process guarantees a Salt flower of the highest quality. Unrefined, it naturally contains magnesium and iodine from seawater.

👩‍🍳 Due to its richness in minerals, it brings a subtle aroma and flavour to food. Add Salt flower before serving to feel it melt in your mouth.
